The Car Park

Our large car park is situated to the rear of the building and is within 10 minutes walk of Newark Town Centre.

The Car Park is available for the use of all members and their visitors on a Pay and Display basis between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm at a fee of £1 for 2 hours ( approx 33% cheaper than other Pay and Display Car parks in the town)  

The fee is redeemable to members on transaction at the bar of just £5 on food and drink.for every £1 spent on parking on the same day.

 Currently some of the parking spaces are reserved. These spaces are on the left and right hand side of the car park.

Snooker Room

The Snooker Room has its own bar and is situated on the ground floor of the Club.

We have 5 full sized professional standard snooker tables in our Snooker room. Internal Club competitions are organised on a regular basis We also host National and International Billiard and Snooker competitions.

The tables are operated by clocks and a booking system is in operation. The cost of an hour is £4.00.

Room Hire

The Club offers its members, their families and guests and also the public a wide variety of facilities to hire. The rooms are suitable for wedding receptions, parties,  dancing, meetings and more.

Established over 100 years ago, the Club provides a convenient and comfortable   place to meet and entertain family and friends near the centre of Newark on Trent. The Club has a car park to the rear which offers convenient parking for visitors to the Club.

 Members and their guests can enjoy our fully licensed bars, great value meals, snooker, in-house and local league competitions and a variety of regular and seasonal entertainment. The snooker room is well equipped and is very popular. Book a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

 Many of our facilities are available to hire for clubs, business meetings, social groups, celebration events and much more. A full range of additional equipment and facilities are provided including free Wi-Fi internet access at no extra cost. Catering from light refreshments, buffet and restaurant meals can be arranged to suit your requirements.

  We pride ourselves on our flexibility and will endeavour to meet your needs. Please contact the Club to arrange to view the facilities we have to offer and to discuss your requirements.

 The Club is open to members and visitors 7 days a week (evenings only on a Monday and Tuesday).  We offer a full day-time menu in the lounge bar.
